At Totaa Maina, every piece is handcrafted with care — and we take the same care in getting it to you safely and on time.
Order Processing
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days after confirmation. Since each piece is handcrafted, we take a little extra care during packing to ensure it reaches you exactly as intended.
Shipping Charges
A shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹2,499.
Orders of ₹2,499 and above qualify for free shipping, automatically applied at checkout.
Delivery Timelines
We currently ship across India, with the following delivery options:

Timelines are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Tracking Your Order
You can track your order anytime via your My Account page or our Order Tracking page — just enter your order number and registered email or phone number to see live status.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final, and we currently do not accept returns or exchanges, given the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our pieces.
