Are your products handmade?

Yes. Every piece from Tales of Totaa Maina is handcrafted in small batches by skilled artisans across India. Minor variations in finish, colour or texture are a natural part of the handmade process and add to the uniqueness of each piece.

How should I care for my products?

Most of our products are designed for everyday use. To maintain their beauty:

  • Wash gently with mild soap
  • Dry immediately with a soft cloth
  • Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbers

Care instructions specific to each product may also be included in the package.

Gifting & Packaging

Do you gift wrap your products?

Orders placed on this shop can be sent to Europe and North America. For shipping to other countries, please contact us.

Do you accept bulk or corporate orders?

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 2–3 working days. Delivery timelines depend on the destination but typically range between 3–7 business days within India.

What if my product arrives damaged?

We take great care while packing every order. However, if you receive a damaged product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Our team will assist with a resolution.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, we may not be able to cancel the order. Please email us and our team will assist you.
